The bungalow complex was built in 1994, renovated in 2004 and consists of a 300 two-storey bungalows. In the main building guests are offered an entrance hall with a 24-hour reception and a safe. Additional facilities include a small supermarket, bar, a non-smoking restaurant, an a la carte restaurant and a public Internet terminal. In addition, there is a laundry service, car park as well as a kids club and a playground for younger guests.
