The complex was opened in May, 2005. It is housed in a pleasant building that dates from the late 19th century, and which has been fully restored. Each of the complex's 27 apartments is fully equipped and furnished, and ranges in size from one to four rooms. The apartments offer the privacy and comfort of a personal flat. Facilities at this air-conditioned aparthotel include a lobby, 24-hour check-out service, hotel safe, cloakroom and lift access. There is a cafe in the complex, and Internet access and a laundry service are available.
