The residence has the appearance of a traditional village made up of chalet-type buildings which are made of wood and stone and fit perfectly into the surrounding site with direct access on skis from most buildings. The ski hotel was renovated in 2010 and has a total of 168 guest rooms. Guests are welcomed in a lobby and there is lift access to the upper floors. For an additional fee, children can use the kids' club. Moreover, there is a bar, pub and a restaurant onsite. Sleeping in the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old. The health record, including up-to-date vaccinations at least BCG/triple + Polio must be presented in childcare centres, clubs and mini clubs. Pets are admitted on presentation of an anti-rabies certificate dogs must always be kept on a leash on the residence's premises. There is a deposit per apartment to be paid on arrival and refunded upon departure after inventory.
