The hotel was built in 1990 and renovated in 2004. The relaxed, unhurried town of Nerja sits at the base of the Sierra Tejera on soaring cliffs high above the sea some 50 kms to the east of Malaga. This is a pretty, undeveloped corner of real Spain that’s quite unlike the high rise resorts elsewhere on the Costa del Sol.
