The exterior of this smallish building is well highly unimpressive, and the lobby is dominated by grey tiles and brown vinyl, with odd wooden pigeonholes behind a depressing reception desk. The street is great, however quiet, full of trees and lined with food stalls. It is a nice dose of local living in this otherwise sterile neighbourhood.
