Facilities within the air-conditioned hotel include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a cloakroom and lifts, in addition to a selection of shops (delicatessens and souvenir stores), two restaurants, a games room, conference facilities, room and laundry services (for additional fees) and a car park. From 15th October 2006, this hotel is a completely non-smoking establishment. A light cleaning (towel change, rubbish and vacuum as needed) is done every day and a full cleaning every eighth day. Guests may check in from 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.
