A variety of water sports can be enjoyed at the beach, and in the lively, holiday town of Roquetas there are an abundance of shops, restaurants and night spots. As well as the usual on-site facilities there are a glass-dome covered swimming pool open from November to March, and children play area. A fitness center, tennis court, horse riding and golf facilities are also available. The apartments were built in 1982 and the latest renovation were done in 2006. The facade is modern in style.
