The apartment complex was completely renovated in 2002. It comprises a main building and several 2-storey annexe buildings with a total of 37 apartments. Various facilities are available to guests including a garden and pool complex as well as a reception with hire safes and currency exchange desk. There is also an opportunity to hire bicycles. Guests must let the hotel know of their arrival time since the reception has restricted opening times. If the reception is closed, guests must collect the key at the pool bar.
