The apartments, offering a cosy atmosphere, have a building with 25 floors, in front of the beach, including studios. There are 2 lifts. The head office and reception are situated in Fincas Benidorm Edificio Veracruz, Avda. Madrid on the corner of Calle Castellon and are open from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm Monday to Friday, where guests will have to collect their keys and any queries can be directed here. Keys are to be collected at the head office from 5:00 pm. Please advise the office if arriving out of opening hours and collect the keys from Apartments Buenavista calle Ciudad Real, 3 in Benidorm. Upon arrival, a refundable breakage deposit will be required as a guarantee for the use of facilities.
