The Grand Bellevue Hotel is centrally situated in Andalsnes, at the bank of the fjord and surrounded by mountains.Also has a distinctive white facade, typical of much of the beginning of century architecture of Andalsnes The Grand Bellevue Hotel was destroyed by fire in 1940, but was rebuilt. The two upper floors were built in 1996, and in 2000 the 1st and 2nd floor were totally renovated.This delightful hotel represents an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding area. The Atlantic Road, the famous Troll road, Alesund and Geiranger are all within easy reach for a day trip as are countless more local attractions.
