The hotel was built in 2005 and has been completely renovated since then. It consists of a total of 66 rooms on 4 floors of which 55 are doubles and 6 are singles as well as 5 suites. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception and lifts. In addition, the hotel offers a cafe, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant, Internet access, a perfume shop, children's area a playground in the outside square of the hotel, a conference room, as well as faculties for meetings and social events like weddings and banquets. There is also a laundry service, a bicycle rental service and an indoor car park. This hotel is one of the first in Spain to use sustainable energy sources by means of various green installations such as solar panels and biomass energy boiler.
