This resort opened in 2005 and comprises a total of 145 apartments divided into five blocks of 3 floors. The accommodation ranges from studios to three-bedroom apartments, all with fully fitted kitchens, private balconies, underground parking and satellite TV. The resort offers a 24-hour reception, a snack bar and restaurant, a wine & tapas bar and a poolside bar, gym, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and beauty treatments. Internet access is also available. There is a children's playground and a kids' club which is also available during the summer months. The reception is open 24 hours a day and the key should be collected from the reception on arrival. The accommodation will be available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate it by 12 pm on the day of departure. There is a complimentary bus service running from the resort to the centre of Lagos and local golf courses. Fees for an additional cot are payable at reception
