This is a fantastic location for a hotel, close to the famous giant Kauri tree forests and also to 90 miles beach. The Bay of islands is only an hour and a half away by car. Hokianga harbour is an attraction in its own right. This is the departure point for two now world famous tours; "Footprints" a Maori tour to the giant Kauri trees and "Crossings" a harbour and township tour covering European and Maori history and the natural environment. SE0908 There are two room categories, the standard, and the beach front rooms see separate listing. Some rooms have small kitchenettes including fridge, tea/coffee facilities and breakfast utensils. Other facilities include satellite TV, hair dryers and iron/ironing boards The Bryers room restaurant is open for breakfast and evening meals. They serve a selection of regional cuisine and try to source as much product locally as they can, including the freshest local seafood
