Renovated in 2005, this apartment complex comprises a 3-storey building with a total of 80 apartments. It has a bar and a restaurant. The studios do not have bedrooms; guests sleep on sofa beds. The studios are for up to 2 adults and are not suitable for additional cots. The reception is open from 9 am - 12:30 pm and 5 pm - 7:30 pm. In July and August it is open from 9 am - 2 pm and 4 pm - 9 pm. If guests arrive outside of opening hours, they will be informed of their apartment location at the entrance with their name, and the key will be in the apartment door.
