The hotel offers good leisure facilities including a swimming pool, finnish sauna & turbo spa. it has a lift to all floors and a large complimentary car park for residents at the front. although it is not officially graded as a 3 star hotel by aa externally, blackpool tourism have graded the hotel as a gold host, and overall it is most friendly and welcoming: you will not be disappointed by the standard or service here. gw 04/2008
