The original hotel, built in 1948 on the postal road from Durban to Lourenco Marques Maputo, was purchased by the Zulu Nyala Group in 1996. The hotel has been restored to its original colonial grandeur, complimented by a delightful African ambience. The country house offers 57 guest rooms in total and facilities include a lobby, games room, TV lounge, bar, dining room and conference facilities.
