Hotel Viking is a different and fun property located in the center of the beautiful coastal town of Hafnarfjoerdur offering views of the sea. Hotel Viking it is also known as Viking Village. Every June, hotel Viking hosts the Viking festival during which over 100 vikings from Europe meet at the hotel for two weeks. Viking Kidnappings take place in an annex to the hotel known as the cave, where guests can have a true Viking adventure. Hotel Viking boasts 42 guestrooms including double, single, twin, triple, family room and suite. All the rooms have been carefully decorated. The rooms on the first floor feature a Viking style decor and the rooms on the second floor, a West Nordic theme. Hotel Viking has two restaurants, Fjaran restaurant offering regional and international cuisine in a cozy and romantic atmosphere in a house overlooking the harbour.
