This Holiday Home is semi-detached houses perched on a site overlooking Kenmare and its surrounding hills and mountains. They each have their own garden closed off from other gardens by a fence. The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished and contains an electric fireplace, tv, DVD and very cozy suite of furniture. The open plan kitchen/dining area has a sunny aspect and plenty of space. Stictly only family bookings allowed. Check in time is 4pm-7.30pm. Check out time is before 10am. All guests must call the duty supervisor 24h prior to arrival. The contact details will be printed on your confirmation. Electricity & oil are payable at the holiday home for a set fee per day. This accommodation also requires a 200 EUR security deposit in cash to be given to the supervisor upon arrival. This will then be returned upon departure, any breakages or damages will be deducted from the deposit. For 2 or more houses travelling together the deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure.
