The air-conditioned hotel has a reception. Guests are offered a bar, large green areas, a kids' club and a children's playground, laundry extra charge applies and everything needed to enjoy a lovely holiday. The hotel's reception at Calle Fonoll 1, is open from 9 am until 1 pm and from 4 pm until 8 pm. Those guests who wish to check-in after 8 pm may make use of the reception at Salou Suites apartments, at Calle Valls 16, which is open 24 hours a day.
