The residential complex consists of 21 luxury townhouses. For convenience the townhouses have a spacious private garage for up to 3 cars and a small boat. A deposit is required upon check in which will be returned after checking the apartment. Key collection is in Espatur, building Infante, Paseo Neptuno No. 65 after 5 pm. Guests wishing to collect the keys outside of these hours should call 962841688 to give advance notice. At Easter the key collection should be made by a person over 30 years of age, otherwise the keys will not be handed out on arrival.
