Established in 2007, the hotel is an architectural complex of great historic and artistic importance. In 1931 the monastery was declared a World Heritage Site. However it was only until recently that it could be visited due to the fact that it was a closed order monastery. It features a unique Mudejar coffered ceiling dating back to the 15th century. The hotel offers guests a restaurant, cafe, meeting room with conference facilities and a library. Offering a total of 51 guest rooms, the air-conditioned hotel welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access and newspaper stand.
