Phonepaseuth boasts a great location on the small road behind the fountain. Pale green rooms are comfortable and pleasant with en suite bathrooms, hot water and cable TV. You can choose to have the air-con off to save a few dollars. Not all the rooms have windows which can make them seem rather dark and gloomy, and bathrooms are on the mildewed side.
