Renovation construction is taking place all over the hotel faade. All balconies, doors and windows are being replaced, with noise, throughout the building. They expect to complete this phase around April 2013. At that time, they plan to start redoing the Pool Plaza area on the third floor and on to the beach club area. Also in April, they will start redoing the lobby area, restaurants and banquet rooms. In June 2013, they plan to start doing all the rooms on a floor-by-floor process.
