The Ksar Shama sits at the foothills of the Atlas mountains at approx 60km from Marrakech..The hotel is built in typical Berber style pise rammed earth construction, with beautiful hand-carved wooden doors and furniture, colourful Berber carpets decorating the rooms, fine tadelakt plasterwork on the walls and tataoui craftwork on the ceilings.Accommodation is comfortable yet basic as one might expect.
