Hotel Maximilian is managed by their owners Johann and Isolde Penz and is situated right in the middle of Innsbruck. The location is great, in the middle of the city centre, easily reachable by foot 15 mins. walk or by bus/tram from the main train station. Plenty of bars, restaurants and sights are nearby, especially the famous "Golden Roof".
