Hotel Information
Hilton New Orleans/St. Charles Avenue inhabits a building that was built in 1926 as a Masonic temple. It was the second high-rise building to be erected in the Central Business District. Period details include woodwork, original chandeliers at the entrance, marble floors and walls, and a hand-crafted tile ceiling in the Grand Entry Hall. The St Charles Ave Streetcar Line stops in front of the hotel; the French Quarter and Bourbon St are three blocks away.
