The property is a collection of self-contained beach houses and apartments situated in an exclusive gated precinct, bordered by the Mudjimba patrolled surf beach, the Maroochy River and a private man-made swimming lagoon. The hotel offers lift access to the upper floors. Check-in is from 2 pm. Early check-in is available on weekends but reception is closed from 3.30 pm on Saturday and from 1.30 pm on Sunday. Guests arriving after reception hours should please collect their keys from the after-hours key box and contact the hotel to obtain the access code. Check-out time is 10 am.
