The hotel is build on the grounds of the old paclace of uribarren, where zita, the last emperess of the austro-hungarian empire, used to live. it offers 42 rooms with 12 junior suites, with hydromassage bathtub and terrace with seaviews. they are all provided with wi-fi internet access, minibar, tv with international channels and safe. it also features a cafeteria with terrace by isuntza beach, a restaurant with fish and shellfish especialities and a thalasso centre using sea water for its rejuvenating treatments.
